          The products Like Frames, Mugs with different quotes, Gift items, anything which cannot be printed, comes under this category.

     

     

     

    10) What is the procedure to register as a seller on www.eprintpost.com?

          As a seller / merchant / lab owner you have to undergo normal online registration process. you will have to submit scanned copy of your shop act license,photograph of lab/shop, bank account details for online payment.

     

     

     

    11) What payment modes are available?

          There are two payment modes available: 
    a.Online Payment - Customer can make payment online through payment gateway by using credit or debit card. 
    b.Pay On counter- Customers can collect their job from merchant directly by doing cash payment.

     

     

     

    12) How can I get confirmation that I successfully placed my order?

          Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the Lab confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the Lab receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. XXX123456789), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified when the shipping of item(s) is done to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

     

     

     

    13) Can I Exchange the Product?

          Yes,In case of printable and Non-printable product exchange is possible only if product is damaged or defective.

     

     

     

    14) Can I change my order once placed?

          In case of printable products, order can be changed only if it is not processed by lab. In case of Non-Printable product Customer can change their order till it get dispatched for shipping.

     

     

     

    15) Can I get Refund on cancellation of order?

          In case of printable products, order can be canceled only if it is not processed by lab. And if order get canceled then customer will get replacement not refund. In case of Non-Printable product Customer can cancel their order till it get dispatched for shipping. And customer will get refund within 15 working days, subject to conditions.

     

     

     

    16) If product ,I received is damage, then what should I do?

          In case of printable product Lab and in case of non-printable product merchant is bounded to give replacement of damage or defective product.

     

     

     

    17) When will I get Refund in case of cancellation or damaged product?

          In case of Non-Printable product Customer can cancel their order till it get dispatched for shipping and customer will get refund within 15 working days, subject to conditions.

     

     

     

    18) Is there any shipping charge?

          Yes there are shipping charges, included in final price.
